Those are either Tru Arc or Tru Arc+ hybrid cams (cam & 1/2)

To go a little farther, the way you can differentiate is that on the Tru-Arc the cables anchor to a post on the draw-length module. On the Tru-Arc+ the cables anchor to the main cam.
