has anyone tried to convert the trg to a ccs or a cable slide set up..just wondering if it could be done..i just think that a lot of noise comes from the trg system..besides the noise the bow shoots great

The CCS wont work unless you have a certain notch on the side of bow,your best bet would be a cable slide setup.

welcome to the forum. Your only a couple hrs away from me. Stick w a cable guard rod/slide. Time tested and proven reliable and effective. Feel free to post pics. We'll let you.

there's a few of us on here that have converted to the cable slide, and it sounds like Martin will send you a rod and slide if you ask them...

And also you would need 2 holes through the riser to mount the CCS to the bow.

there's a few of us on here that have converted to the cable slide, and it sounds like Martin will send you a rod and slide if you ask them...did you notice any change in the shot noise with the cable slide setup

How much did you have to twist strings and cables to get it in spec with a cable slide?
