Water deer

Not sure if the members here have seen these things but I was browsing through some old Deer hunting magazines here and came across a deer species that I have never seen before so I looked them up online and found some of pics and info.

Dunno, I think a bear would kick its butt. Depends on whether it can fly and if its had a good drink of blood, that might give it the edge lol! :p

I still can't believe they are real, I thought it was just a gag, something a taxidermist did for a joke. The things you learn.

As far as i know they are extremely rare and live only in China. The sabre teeth are just to impress the ladies ;)

I saw deer like this on a show called Wild Russia, they were called Siberian Musk Deer. They have fangs instead of horns for a reason, the forests are so thick that the horns would hang up and they grew fangs instead.
