Howdy folks. I'm very new to archery but I'm hooked. I started out with free Saturday recurve classes with my girlfriend and I got to be a fair shot. I just picked up a gently used 2006 Martin C4 Cougar Elite with Nitrous X cams. OMG, I went to my local indoor range and am consistently grouping my arrows within an inch of each other...when I haven't pooped myself out, that is. I LOVE THIS BOW!!
Regarding the warranty question, I understand that Martin only warrants the original purchaser. What if the bow is virtually new, or if I acquired the sales receipt? Is there any remedy, should something fail on the bow that's normally warranteed?
thanks

So, basically, there is no warranty, regardless of age:

That's sad...

the martin warrenty is for 10 years to the original purchaser for 100% replacement on limbs.. limb pockets and riser and 50% thereafter

it is a limited lifetime warrenty... but i would suggest if you do ever have a problem go to archerytalk.com and send a PM to joel C and talk with him.. he is very helpful and you will be more the satisfied with the martin service...
