What does Martin recommend? Is there a general rule of six grains total arrow weight per pound of draw weight?

I think general rule of thumb is no less then 5gpi... but I like a bit heavier personally.. bow is quietter and more energy on impact.. Im solely a hunter though...

ALsso most states have a min. grains per pound of weight. Washington states that the arrows should be NO LESS than 6 grains/pound for hunting.
