the product guide is very nice on many details, but I miss some information on the 3 grips. Which one is best and what are the differences?

Pro wood grip. That's a wrap around that can be ordered to give 2 different angles.
Thermal Elite is a wood side plate with a leather wrap for the back.
Thermal II is a rubber grip that wraps around the front and back.

Wood side plates are just wood plates to basically fill up the holes.

.. now I found the pictures in the pdf! At a dealers homepage I found the name "CUS grip" which confused me. I lke the "thermal elite".

Are there also differences in thickness?

I liked the Thermail grip on my 06 Saber and Thermal Elite II grip felt really bulky on my Pantera and Cougar III. I just got the new C -33 grip on the Martin website the wood sideplates and leather wrap for from and back of riser and couldnt be more happy! the grip is thin and what can I say AWSOME:eek:

The c-33 grip that the guys are referring to is the Thermal Elite. My bow was shipped to me with the Thermal II and I fopund it bulky. Besides that I just hate a rubber grip of any kind. So I put on a Thermal Elite. It makes for a much better feel when shooting the bow. I think you'd like it.
