if you back the top limb out a little on my new pantera, theres a small black sticker on the side of the limb that says-5M-on it.does anyone know what it means or stands for?
5lbs difference for the different numbers. 4m would be X0lbs and 5m would be X5lbs on any given bow.
2-3lbs difference for the letters (L-M-H). 4M could be X5lbs, 4H could be X8lbs, 4L could be X2lbs.
It doesn't really matter unless you're ordering new limbs and want to change your draw weight or if you're looking for used limb and are wondering what poundage they will produce.

Myk is correct as usual. The number and letter you are seeing is just a deflection number that designates the poundage of those limbs for a given bow, cam, and draw length.
In other words, you might see those same number limbs on a different bow with different A2A, cam, and draw length, but they may give a different weight range for that bow.
