do the cheetah bows come from the factory with 80 % let off or 65% let off ?

More than likely the letoff is set to the draw mod setting, which would normally be 80%, but if you change the draw length then the positive draw stop must be reset to maintain 80% letoff. If you don't have one, download a Owner's Manual from Martin's website.
