Want to change cams on a Cougar 2000...

If anyone can help me out, it will be greatly appreciated!!!:)

I have a Cougar 2000 fuzion cam, 31" draw, 55-70# limbs( limbs are marked HL).

I want to change over to Tru Arc+ cams... which cams will I need,will I need to purchase different axles/spacers, and will my limbs work for this setup???? I want to keep my draw around 63 lbs., and draw length 30.5"

I would be willing to try any setup which will produce what I'm looking for, but has to have a draw stop...nothing spongy-if the M-pro or Vipro cams will work, I'll try these out...
