Well guys, I went out with my daughter today. It was great to see her in the ladder stand. I went down the road to our hang on stand. Here is a pic of her in the stand.

Take her cell phone? We have no cell phone service out here. We are in the woods deep behind the house. I have us set up on two way radios that have headsets. I also have the house set up on a emergency channel. I am only 10 min. from her stand. But in case of an emergency 4min. I can get there fast for an old man. Ha Ha!!

Hutch, It don't look like you made any shooting lanes for her. Are you trying to gain an advantage over your daughter? lol

Heard a lot but saw nothing. Well we haven't been back out since. We will be going out next week. We also have to retrieve the blind though. It didn't do so well in the snow storm. The son and I went out and saw nothing.

Is it flattened and buried under the snow?Almost! The snow sunk the center and broke two hubs and two or three poles. I will fix it when we get it home.

Haven't built it yet. But I have everything to build that center pole. 3/4" PVC and 1/2 PVC. 3/4" PVC will go approx 1-1/2' from the top of the center of the blind. 1/2" PVC will be approx 2' in length and fit inside the 3/4" PVC. I will drill holes a 1/2" apart 1/2' from the top of the 3/4" PVC. One hitch pin and two rubber furniture tips and we will be done. Oh don't forget the camo duck tape.
