This is starting to bug me .Setting up a rest that is not springy is easy when setting up a rest like a blade rest maybe not.Ok you start by setting up your nock at 90 degrees to the string with an arrow now with a blade rest to start to find the 90 degrees do use a non weighted no tip for the initial 90 degree setting or do you use an arrow with the point installed to get your initial 90 degree setting for the nock setting. With a tipped arrow the the blade bends a bit. What Iam trying say is finding the starting point for setting up the nock hope this makes sense.

Thanks Sonny that answers my question i have broken quite a few blades how do you set the arrows to quit driving them down and get them to stop breaking the blades i shoot with fingers by the way using the hunter target blade on a jesse mount pro tuner rest man does it work great till the blade breaks.

It is a target hunter blade that cradles the arrow in a v so it does not fall off the rest and gives it side support for finger shooting works great look for it at britesite us.also works gteat with a release and the wind will not blow your arrow off the rest very accurate but it needs to be used on the jesse mount so the blade can be mounted behind the riser talk to Mike Lepara at britesite wish i knew how to post pictures i just have no computer savy to old school lol.few pictures can be found on AT. its called a target 3d hunter blade
