V Grip from Martin fit my bow?

Now I know there should not be any issue at all. But I am not a fan so far after the first cold day of bow season using the factory grip on the Firecat 400. I want to get this one http://www.shopatron.com/products/productdetail/Martin+Thermal+V+Grip/part_number=C15/189.0.1.1.5881.0.0.0.0?pp=12&

It should fit the Firecat 400 with no problem right? What is being used to secure it? Is it a wrap or adhesive etc? Just waned to double check with someone that knew.

Sorry, that grip will not fit any of the 2011 Martins. It will fit the 2011 Alien X and Z and 2010 and earlier Martins.

Although I absolutely abhor rubber grips you could but buy the wrap used on tennis rackets. A lot of guys use it.

Or wear a glove. Another solution would be to wrap a peice of leather around the grip and glue it in place.
