HI, anyone know where to find the upper axle and c clips for an 07 bullet x? I traded the cat cams that were on it for the original vipro cams from a guy on AT and the guy never sent me the axle after I sent him mine and then disappeared.
thanks

Almost any good shop should have axles. They come in various lengthsm but any shop should have a good supply of them as they come in repair kits available from the various bow manufacturers. If you can't get one that way then being as you are in Washington you could order one directly from Martin and it shouldn't take but a day or two. Again, yu just need to know the length you need. Measure the axle you have. They should both be the same.

Unless you or someone else had swapped in a longer axle to spread your x cables. Measure the one you need and call Martin.

I am not sure on the length. I traded out the CAT cams for Vipro and the guy I traded with never sent the axle for the upper cam. So another guy said he had some, sent one, and it is way too long.

Measure the outside spread on the limbs and I'll see if I have any to fit.

ok, so the limb width is 1 3/4". With the little cable holder bushings it is 2 3/8" so looking at my other axle I would guess the axle would be 2 1/2" total length. Do you have the c clips also? The first guy I dealt with I sent him mine with the CAT axles and he never sent any back.
thanks for all your help,:)

So you need one 1 3/8" between the clip groove's correct?

Sorry - I meant 2 3/8" groove to groove. It wouldn't let me edit the above post...

I almost forgot about this. OK, I dug into my repair kits from Golden Eagle. I have 2 axles with E-clips, cable attachment washers, and assorted nylon washers. They measure 2 7/16, groove to groove. They're ready to go. All I need is confirmation that they are the right length and a mailing address----preferrably by PM (private message).

I looked at what I have and only found 2" and 3 1/4" clip to clip.
Barry sounds like yer best bet if thats what you need.
Did you try Martin? Both my Cougar III and Jaguar use 2 3/8".

I have about a dozen of them---2 3/8". Another dozen 2" and a couple 3 1/4". I have two like he needs all fitted with spacers, cable hooks (or whatever they're called), e-clips and all in an envelop ready to go. All I need is a shipping address. Merry Christmas.

Package is in the mail. Now that that's done I'll make a suggestion. You're only an hour from the Martin factory..Maybe 65 miles give or take. If I lived that close I would jump in the car and get a tour of the plant. Meet some of the people there.

yeah, I should. I tried to get the sales manager job when it opened but didn't quite make it...:( Would love to work for them.
Might help for the next job opening too.
thanks for your help.

Thanks for letting me know you got them. You have happy holiday yourself. And now that you know the kind of people you're dealing with here don't be a stranger.

I live 2-3 hours away from any bowshops and do most of my archery shopping from the big box stores. I bought a Onza 3 last year from Martins Website, it was easy but not Martins best year with the trg/sos. Just wondering where most of you get your bows from. I am wanting a new 50lb draw bow this year and thats and issue in itself as hardly any store will stock a 50lb draw bow. I am wondering how long it will be until their online store for 2012 will open up. Livin in the sticks and lovin it.
