Quick-Lock Stabilizer Mount question

Just got a 2012 onza iii pro. Was it supposed to come with the Quick-Lock Stabilizer Mount or do i have to purchase seperatly? There's a empty hole where the mount goes in to...but no mount.

2011's had them. came with a small bolt holding it in place. either fell out or some one borrowed yours
