I bought the Magnum Cougar Speed Flight XR with 50-60lb draw weight .

I want to know if I can change the draw weight down to 30-40lb .

Do I need to change the cam ? what cam should I change ?

Thank you very much

Martins have a 15# adjustment range, your 60# bow will go down to 45# easily, and in some cases you can go a bit more, just watch the limb bolt in the barrel nut, and don't go past seeing daylight thru the barrel nut. At 3# per turn of limb bolt, 5 turns will get you down to 45#'s, 6 down to 42#'s, but its gonna be a bit "spongey" that far out, at about 8-9 turns you can remove the rigging, so be carefull how far you go.
