Maybe since they don't make guns they won't delete posts about problems?

Why wait 3 years and 8 months?
i will have mony to spend.lol this house buying thing is eating all the cash i have.
year 1.new roof
year 2.add 8-12' to the liveing room
year 3.build up my garage with tools and neat stuff so i can do a compleet tare down and rebuild on my 4runner into how i want it.
month 8.my wife and i get around 50-80k to invest, and to buy some things we want.
i have a strick spending grid i make my self follow.so many things i want but i have to take care of the family befor i take care of me.my wife wants to buy my oldest daughter a bedroom set,my wife wants a banchee.we will be doing many small and large up grades on the houe over this time.so i made my self a time line for when i will buy my self a few new toys.that way i have it planed years in advance and my wife cant say squat.lol

got to have a plan,my wife would make us broke if i dident.i get payed once a month, with that i can pay every bill besides car payment,my wife gets paid every 2 weeks,at that time we make car payment.with what is left over i can then take gas mony out of it,food, cancer sticks for her, cancer lip for me,a 18pk of coors light per month, then what ever is left over i divide by how many days are in the month split that in half and that is what the wife and i get for cary around cash, how ever what i get for my self i spend on my daughters or save it to take the wife out to dinner,or what ever.
not to many side jobs for a grave digger so no real extra income to off set and save for things i really want, like the 30-30 i have been dreaming about for years and years.it takes me a good 6 months to a year to talk my self into buying something over $50 for myself.lol
