Are they extinct? I don't see them on any new model bows. Did they get replaced with something better or are they greatly missed? Last time I was around they were the hottest thing ever!

Check again. You can find those cams on several models (now named Nitro Hybrid Pro, but it is the same cam).

In fact, the Nitro cams can be special ordered of several other bow in Martin's line up. See Bfisher's post #14 in this thread.
