I am new to archery and was planning on buying the martin jaguar take-down. However I seem to have read in this forum that the jaguar uses a compound bow riser. This got me thinking why not have two bows in one. Now, Are there limbs available that would covert it into a fully functional compound bow?

Possibly, but it would be cheaper to find a used Jaguar and there are plenty of them out there. New limbs, cams, and rigging from the factory would cost almost as much as a new bow. And, welcome to the forum.
