Pin nocks

Where do you find pin nocks? What is the advantage of them? Ive heard them mentioned somewere and was just wondering.

you can get them through lancaster or any online supplier, or check in with the local Martin dealer. some like them because they deflect any incoming arrows that might destroy yours...i don't like them cause sometimes they break too easy.
