Hello,

I just bought this horsebow : http://www.ebay.ca/itm/Archery-Traditional-hunting-Longbow-60-Nice-Bow-Recurve-bow-String-And-Bowbag-/221007138044?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item33750d4cfc . the horsebow have 28'' draw lenght and I calculated mine (after I got informed it was important) and I have 30.25'' draw lenght. I'm new to the traditional archery world. I can't send it back and I'm wondering if it can cause any problem or the draw weight will simply increase and if there is a problem, is there any way to solve it? I really need help, and I hope someone will figure out how to solve my problem!

Thank you

-Alexandre

Some of the those bows are made to have a longer draw length, at least the traditional manchu/horsebows. Yes, you will have a higher draw weight the longer you draw your string. Not 100% sure, but 2 more inch might not be an issue. How is it holding up so far?
