i have a 06 slayer with nitrous c cams with a high letoff was wondering if i can get a differnt letoff?or what i can do?

Yes you can change the letoff. You can order 65% letoff modules.

I just ordered 65% mods for my cams, but they havn't arrived yet. The draw will be as smooth as silk!:D As if the Nitrous didn't have a smooth turnover already:D:D
