Cheetah cam out of square

I just bought a new 2008 Cheetah and after a half dozen draws to sort out the draw lenght The serving has worn thru where the string wraps around the lower cam! On closer inspection the lower cam sits out of square and when coming to full draw the string has to "flick" into the cam. The string should follow the grove in the cam! Has anybody else has this problem?
