Last weekend was free, and bored at home, so pick up some ideas on DIY my own stabilizer.

Couple of things i bought was the Bolts 5/6" and nut to fit.
PVC hose end cap to seal both end.
Epoxy glue,
few washer for weight,
and a few cans of spray paint to finish off the job.

as the pic, my stab measured at 28", body is a 20mm alumimum pipe.

Other who had made their own stab... share pics and ideas...
Infact, im addicted to DIY stabilizer... im having fun... so planned to do the side bar once i got the time....

SImply works, and functional...

bro and sis, please do share your experience and ideas.... of cz PICTURES....

Very nice, well done! If you hadn't said that you made it, I would have thought that it was a boughten stabilizer.

I do want to actually machine one. Hopefully where ever I work after I graduate will allow me to use the machines for my stuff.

Mine is 1/2" pvc, I plan on filling it with packing peanuts.

I had a couple machined for me last year to hold the new VEM's Martin started using. NOT cost effective, but they are unique. lol Mine are a hunting style rather than a target style though. Another good hunting style is 1/2 PVC filled with sand, about 6 inches long. Got one of those (filled with Zeobrite though) on one of my Warthogs. Does a really good job. 7346
