I was out at my local shop today and needed a few more things for my new Nemesis. The store I chose was Scheels in Fargo. I usually always leave happy and today was no exception. First off, I picked up a QAD ultrarest HDX in realtree AP. The AP camo blends with the Vista camo like they were meant to be. A young man I also grabbed some limbsaver buttons and a new case for the bow. I used to have a cheaper Plano case, but the nemesis doesn't fit in many cases due to the bridged riser with the wider machined areas as well. I ended up going with a Plano Bow Max all weather case. The case is built like a tank, has lockable latches, rubberized handle, holds a dozen arrows, and has extra straps to hold other parts down as well, such as my quiver..... The bow doesn't move at all, and I feel like my new investment is well protected!

Oh.... and as a side note, I got to SHOOT IT! They have a short 15 yard range. I was able to shoot a few arrows to see how it all worked. Cam timing was about right on, had to twist my string to straighten the peep, and my draw length was 29 1/2'' with 2 more notches left on the hybrix cams.

THE BOW SHOOTS SOOOO SMOOTH. It is set to 66 lbs, is fast, smooth, great draw cycle. I really enjoy shooting this bow. It feels much more stable on target vs. my Cheetah. It also has little to no hand shot or extra vibration. The saddle back grip feels good, and my hand feels like it slides into the "right" spot every shot, and I feel as if I won't torque the bow much vs. the larger rubber grip on the old thermal grip.

All in all..... love this bow!

Man do I like the Nemesis as well! There is one at a pro dealer shop in my area, I hope its still there when I get more money so I can add to my collection, lol.

i love my Nemesis too.

i will agree with you, that NEmesis actually have no hand shock and vibration free if i to compare to other bow i have shot personally.

and the slim grip actually give u less surface to grip on, which is good, to reduce the chance of hand torque.

Oh ya, i saw your case where u put your arrow, shouldnt you cover the broadhead with something just in case??

See it all the time when some one brings a bow to a shop an even on craigs list. To me the MOST important part of the bow is the string. Thats still a good looking bow.

Great looking setup Dave. The way I protected my bow from the broadheads was to get a roll of that "egg crate" foam at Wal Mart, and just cut a sheet to fit over the bow in the case. Cut out two holes for the pillars to go through, and you have padded the case even more, as well as made a barrier between string and broadheads. If you can't find the actual egg crate foam, a cheapo foam matress topper would work just as well.

That is a beautiful looking rig, Dave and the case is real snazzy too. Wish the Nemesis had just an inch more draw length for they are hot.
Mind the fellas and the advice on the broadheads, that is some good looking out there.

I already got rid of the broad heads, and they are in my arrow case. I only kept field points in my case now. Also.....the draw length on my nemesis is super long. I am at notch #5, which should be 29" but I am at 30" even. I would guess the nemesis draws nearly 31 on notch 7.

great you seperate the broadhead with the bow.

i doubt the draw length is slightly longer. but u can always switch the module for shorter draw length.

or twist abit of the cable to reduce the draw length by a tiny bitsy....
