Spent the first four days of the Kansas season hunting Rio Grande turkeys on public land. Missed a nice tom that circled around my dekes opening morning, shot just under him; then took a jake that day in the evening. Had plenty of action but the bigger birds mostly stayed on the private land with the hens; took a second jake late in the afternoon on my last day. Both were close shots as they approached my decoys, went right down. Got everything on video, need to do some editing.

Thanks guys.

I really like the Darkhorse blind, easy to set up, and the winows are perfect with the opening in the front and rest blacked out, but the 4 shooting ports open easily to shoot out the back. Mostly use it for turkeys and they don't care about it; tried a couple times for deer, they notice it but haven't really spooked from it.
