Hi, I am a Jaguar recurve bow owner and was thinking about replacing the stock arrow rest with either an NAP Centerest or the flipper variation of the Centerest. Would this improve the performance of the bow? Thanks

I am using the Nap Centerest recommended to me at a shop. The guy told me he competed professionally with a recurve, and it is what he recommended.
I have been using it for 8 months now with thousands of shots. I really have nothing to compare it to. I am shooting a 35# Martin Diablo,
It shows very little wear. I did trim and grind the hook off to about half its length. I don't see any difference from making that change. Some recommend taking the hook off entirely.
It would be nice to compare both but I have no way to do that.

Personally I'm using a Cavalier Freeflight on my Diablo, about the same rest as the AAE Freeflight. If I were you and changing the rest I would go with some sort of flipper with a plunger. It allows for a lot more adjustment other than just playing with center shot.
