MARTIN SAVANNAH LONGBOW String

I just got my MARTIN SAVANNAH LONGBOW delievered yesterday. The specs states the brace hight should be ~6.5 to 7'. With the string that came with it, fully untwisted, the brake hight is 8.5'.

Did I get the wrong string? The AMO is 62'. How long should the string be?

If the bow is marked 62" then the string should be 58" in most cases. Know what I'd do? I'd measure the string you have. Then I'd march my butt down to a shop and see if they'll let you try different lengths till you get the brace height you desire. Then buy the string.
