I purchased a new Firecat this last January and last month while shooting at the range my lower limb shattered at the pivot point. I took the bow back to my pro-shop and Martin replaced everything but the riser.
2 days ago I was shooting at the range and the lower limb cracked again. It didn't shatter this time because I was watching very close this go around. So I took the bow back to the pro-shop and Martin gave me a new bow. Anyone I wanted.
I chose another Firecat. I really like the bow. I am going to try it again.
I am shooting proper weight arrows as well. Martin says there is no way this should be happening. I am doing nothing wrong as well.
So we will see what happens with the new bow.
Martin has been excellent with the customer service. No complaints at all.
