Do not have a Martin dealer close, I am wanting to know if the cams have a half inch adjustment on them and if they do what way does it go. I am looking for some more speed but need 31 1/2" min. draw length.

What year is your Slayer? 08' has CAT cams that comes with modules for longer draw; normal module will go 27" to 30" DL; long draw module, I think is 30 1/2" to 32"?
07' and earlier; I believe came with nitrious cams; don't know much about them.

In case of the Nitrous cams you will get a draw length up tp 34 or 35" with the C-Base cam. The module is draw length adjustable in 1/2" steps over a range of 4".

A Slayer Nitrous X wth c cams has a range of 28"-31". To get a DL of 31 1/2", look at a Scepter with Mag limbs and C cams, or a Scepter with Elite limbs and B cams. Or a Scepter Elite with XL Furious cams and M or L mods.

Everything depends on the limbs you are using. You can get 31" with the standard magnum limbs. The elite limbs will provide even more draw length as i mentioned already.

I just purchased a used 07 slayer with nitrous c cams. I have a 28.5 in draw. The bow is set to about 30in now. How do I shorten the draw length?

Remove the two allen screws, and, re-position the DL modules placement on the cam...make sure you move both cams module to the same position, the holes are configured for 1/2" increments!

Thanks for the info. How do I know if the cams are 65 or 80 percent left off. I think mine are 65. How do I change to 80 percent or do I need to buy some additional part. I had the local bow shop adjust the draw length for me. We set the draw weight to 63lbs and at full draw I am holding about 25. So, I would say it is set for 65% let off. I would rather have 80%.

Look at the picture above (which is of a really good quality!). Do you see the letters "HL" on the module? That indicates that it is high Let-off. If you want those high Let-offs you will have to search for the right modules. ;)

My module says HL. If I have the HL module, why with a bow scale am I holding more like a 65% module. With the measuring weights at the bow shop I go to, it's more like a 60% let of. Like I mentioned in the earlier post, my bow is set around 63lbs, and I am holding around 25lbs. This is being measured with a reliable scale.

Found the problem. The bow timing was off.
