It is supposed to be the original owner but if the bow has a warrantible issue I'd bet Martin will take care of you.

I called Martin, warranty is only good for the original owner, know what the price is for new 13" 4M limbs?

Ask your pro shop or martin dealer. In my country you would have to pay around 130€... Think about 150$?
