Trying to find some info on a bow I inherited from my dad. It is a Damon Howatt "Hunter" and the markings are: 54# @28" HHT6430.62".
My estimation is that the bow is approximately 35 years old and was only hunted one season. My dad never really got into bowhunting, but tried it for awhile. Since this is a family heirloom, I would like to hunt at least one season with it. the bow is in perfect condition with four different types of wood. I have no idea what kind. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks JIM

Appears to be several references to the "Hunter"
