I can't adjust my sights. I can hit with my 10 yard pin but at 25 yards I have to use the same pin same at 30 yards

OK, so give some info about your setup. And what do you mean you can't adjust your sight? Is it adjustable or not. All sights can be adjusted. Be more specific.
