Can I shoot Easton 2016 lite xx75 arrows with Martin Bengal set at 60# draw

You didn't give us your point weight or length but in any case I don't see those arrows working at that draw weight.

If the arrows are anything around 27-28" then the answer is NO. With today's higher energy bows a 27" 2016 would only be good for about 45# or maybe a hair more.
