bow for wife

Hi fella's I would like to get a bow for my wife. I would like it to be on a Mystic riser with 14" mag limbs. It needs to be about a 40lb. draw weight max and a 24"ish draw length. Has anyone played with anything remotley close to these specs using the Mini -M-Pro cam. I know it can be done but I don't know what limb size would work or what modual would work for her draw length.

What about a Razor X with the M-Pro cam and 14" Mag limbs mine is super Smooth!
