sending back for cracked limbs

I have an 07 Jaguar, and the limbs have cracked. I bought this bow from bass pro shops christmas of 07. I don't have the receipt and I was wondering how I would go about getting Martin to repair it.

Have you talked to the people at Bass Pro? That's what I'd do first. If they can't or won't do anything for you then a call to Martin's customer service should get you some answers.
