question about draw length for scepterS4

i have a draw length of 26.5"
will this have any negative impact on a compound bow (scepterS4) whose
draw lengths range from 27" to 32" ?

The short answer would be yes...you would be 1/2" to long and since from my experience the draws seem to be a tad on the long side compared to what the charts say it would exacerbate the problem. I would go with the S4 Mag if I were you; it would probably be a lot better fit for your shorter draw.

I had to get some "mini-mods" to get my DL from my Scepter IV Elite, it actually gained performance going from the last DL hole in the regular modules, to the first DLhole in the mini mods! ;)
