Arrow Weight recommendations

Does anyone know the reccommended grains per pound of draw weight. I have a Martin x-200. I don't want to shoot too light an arrow and risk damaging a limb.

Yep, but thats a rule for wheely bows. Not sure about traditional bows.

Ditto!,.. and tip the arrow with at lest 125 gr points or B/H for better FOC.
