Cheetah String Lengths

how do i determine what length string and cables i need for my 08 cheetah with the nitrous c cams? does anybody know the lengths or how to measure for the correct lengths. i have the factory cheetah 55-70# limbs on it, i need the draw length to be 29", any incite?

Sure,
you take any bow that has the NOS C's (I like to use the Slayer 38.75" AtoA) and get the string and cable length for it (with the NOS C's of course)...its in the spec charts. Follow me so far? Now get the A to A of the bow you want to put them on; the Cheetah in your case. Now the difference in AtoA between the two bows subtract or add (subtract in yor case if you are using the Slayer specs) the difference for the known string and cable length and walla you now have the correct string and cable lengths for your Cheetah.

Thats a good way. I use the same method.

Scepterman; Why does your Slayer have such a large A2A? Specs is 37 7/8". Mine is 38", which is a tad long. But almost an inch? Or do you have the SlayR

OMG :eek:I'm actually wrong for once in my life LOL. My bad...you are correct mine is actally 37.75". Sorry...I'll try to do better next time.:D
