The limb deflection codes get a bit confusing for us old and slow guys, so I'm asking for a little help. What is the differnce , in pounds, between Elite 5H limbs and Elite 7L limbs? the 5Hs are on a Cougar III and peak at 52 lbs. What will the 7Ls give me? Thanks for any help.

If 5H leads to 52lbs:

6H lead to 57 lbs.
7H lead to 62 lbs.
7M lead to ~60 lbs.
7L lead to ~58 lbs.

Thanks, I sorta thought so, about 6 lbs, but was not sure of the difference of the letters, 2-3 lbs

The nominal difference is usually 5# per number if the letter is constant and 1.5# from L to M and M to H. That would leave about 2# from an H in one number to an L in the next number.

BUT, those are just nominal. There are ranges for each of those numbers and letters. It is impossible to build 1000 sets of limbs of a particular material stack and have them all come out exactly the same.
