my area of b.c opened moose hunting for spiked/forked bulls with archery equipment.
Do you think my 65 lbs 08 martin bengal with sonic broadheads will do the trick?

What point weight and what is your total arrow weight?

I am using carbon express rebel hunter. Im not sure of the wieght. and my broadheads are 100gr.:D

Give me the shaft length and I can make a guess on your arrow weight; then we'll take a look at KE and that will give you your answer.

Just guessing, if draw length 28", 65 lbs draw, and an arrow around 435 grains, you'd get approximately:
*63.7 ft/lbs of energy
Yes you are fine. Actually you should have some to spare.

I'm going to put the arrow a little heavier say, 445gr. and with loss for stuff on the string I'm going to say he will be closer to 245fps with about 59ft# of KE or so. So whoever is closer you still are good to go. (I mostly was wanting to be sure you weren't going with a light arrow) Good luck.
