07 Cheetah String replacement

Howdy Folks,
I just ordered custom string and cable for my 07 Cheetah. My question is whether or not I can just back out my limb bolts to get enough play to safely change them out.
I know it's possible on the 09 bows but I'm not sure if the 07s were designed this way.
Anyone know?
