Just purchased a Martin Bone Hunter. Resembles the Bengal almost exact. Anyone have knowledge of this bow? Is it first year of creation?

Never heard of that model. What store was it in? Not a very good name for a bow. Arrows and bone don't mix very well. I've got this saying, "Stay away from the bone".

I agree arrows and bone don't mix. I had gone to a couple of pro shops and Bass Pro had my eye on the Cheetah or the Bengal. I just happened to be at Dick's sports when I saw a Martin bow that resembled the Bengal. I took a catalog to Dicks and closely examined the bow. It is the Bengal from what I can tell. on the bottom limb it has in big red letters "Bone Hunter". It has M2 single cam, factory string, stop 5L limbs for 55-70DW and 29-31 length. Bow feels great, quiet and fast.

it is the Bengal....the package is an exclusive for Dick's stores. I have the "Monster Buck Hunter" which is the Leopard riser with M2 cams. It should be a great bow. Too bad I couldn't wait to buy mine.

Nice pics Jim. Now I can honestly say that the Mag Cat is Dick's version of the Jaguar.
