Just ordered a Ripcord and Alpine SoftLoc quiver. Do I need some type of a mount to use these? I've read about "Martin mounts".

Also, I would like to replace the stock string suppressor with an aftermarket (Bow Rattler) one. Is this possible? Will it fit? Do I just loosen the screw on the riser, pull the stock one out, and replace?

you can use the ripcord as it is, or you can get a Martin for it,as for the Quiver, they mount to the sight mount, to replace the string suppressor,just loosen the screws and pull it out,and replace,as you said,
