Proper Arrow Spine???

Help! I'm so conuzzzed:confused:

I'm ahving tuning probs and I think it may be my arrow selection. You be the judge.

I shoot a 2007 Martin Cheetah @ 55lbs draw weight.
24" arrows
Easton ST Excel 500 Carbon. These ARE NOT very expensive/high-quality arrows.

They are 7.3 gpi and total arrow weight is 294, which inclused my 75gr tip.

Is there any other criteria that figures into this equation???

It SEEMS that these arrows fit into the range of proper selection, but tell me what you "pros" think.:wink:

I think the arrows might fit although i would use .600 in Spine or try a 100gr tip.

I agree with Simon. My specs are somewhat like yours. 26.5" draw at 50# and I can get a 500 spine to work well, but 600 would be a better fit. I'm shooting ACC 3-28 that weigh 306 grains. I've also shot GT Ultralite 500 that weigh 275 grains and these work OK, but I prefer the better arrow---ACC.

And as Simon asked, what kind of problem are you encountering?
