I just purchased a Cheetah package "new in the box" on ebay. I was told my warranty is valid since I am the original owner. Is this true?

I want to avoid any trouble later if I have any issues...

If it is new and the ebay-dealer is an archery shop with an adress you can mail to - no problems.

Can I have them mail it to a local dealer in my area instead of the other shop? I live in PA and it is being shipped from MI.

I would think it is the same scenario if you you moved from NY to CA....not going to ship your to NY if you just moved to CA.

What do you all think?

If you find a Martin Shop around your ("new") location they will also help you there. Martin can also send bows and parts to yourself if needed.
