From what I can tell from the specs..the only differences I see is that the axle to axle length is 1/4in longer on the MOAB. And the Brace height a bit larger on the MOAB. What are the other differences?

As stated in a different thread some days ago there is also a different in the design, the limb preload and the sight window. The MOAB seems to be a bit more parallel than the Bengal with a slightly larger sight window.

You also get more DL on the Moab, 31.5"

Can you explain what "Sight Window" means?

Every bow has a sight window. This is the area where also the sight is attached to. On top of the bow grip is the arrow shelf where you will isntall the arrow rest. The sight window is the area that is slighty moved to the site so that you can see the sight pin(s) and tune your bow with a perfect centershot aligned in the middle ov the generaly geometry.
