I know this says that the lowest draw length this bow can be set at is 27" but does anybody know if there is any ways to shorten this up to about 26"...

First off, l;et me ask a question. Do you already have the bow? If not and you are looking for a new bow then take a look at the new Alien Z. If you already have the bow then the only thing I know you can do is short string it an inch, but this isn't the best.
I've got a short draw like you are referring to, and won't get an Alen X for that reason. I'm right at 26 1/2", give or take 1/4". I've has several bows that can get down that low with some tinkering, but you give up some performance shooting at the lowest draw length setting.
The only other option I can see right now is changing the cams to the Cat 1.5.

Thanks for the reply, this usually isn't a problem, I can get most bows of mine to get to the 26" pretty easily, I've seen the new web video with the "Z" but they only had the specs of the X
Thanks for the input...

FYI the "Z" with the Cat 1.5 cam starts at 25". A2A is supposedly 36" (yummy) and brace height is to be about 6 5/8". It's not advertized yet but IBO speed is reported to be 325 fps.
I've got one ordered.
