so i now have nitrous-X B cams to convert my '04 phantom II from the fury cable guard setup. it's an elite limbed bow, ATA 37 5/16". 28 - 28.5 DL

I need to order strings and cables. is there an easy way to figure out the necessary lengths? i dont see any bows in the cam charts with the same ATA.

It is simple. Add 1.25" to the ATA, so 38.5 is your cable length, and add 13.5 to that, so 52" is your string length.

38.5" cable
52" shoot-string.

hmm.... another member quoted me adding 2.25 inches longer... an inch longer than both of your measurements... and i ordered strings on those measurements. but i have time to change those measurements if i get this sorted out. your measurements look to be "more" right when comparing my cams on top of one another.

If you add 1 more inch than I said, to your cable length, the damping lobes will point at the riser, and your ATA will be almost 40" !
(Well, not quite 40". More like 38.25.)

Trust me I build strings and cables. For you to achieve 37.75" or so A/A with the B cams you need 53.25" string and 39.5" cable

I'm not saying that those won't work just fine, but every Nitrous cam chart shows the B cam as having a string length 13.5" longer than the cable length.

There is a typo on the Slayer C cam cable length that drops the "2" from the 39.25", which all the other size Nitrous cams require for that model.
