hey all its rain-in so i cant go outside and shoot, my draw is 29 and my arrows are 30 ,is a shorter arrow{cut to 29} more accurate, and more forgiving to shooter error?

No, it is not.

The shorter the arrow the less forgiving. At least when you try to shorten your arrow behind the deepest point of the grip. In this case you are creating an overdraw which will make it very prone to torque.

But maybe bfisher can explain that more in detail.
