2 by 4 Quiver?

Does this fit on an Alien x and does it have foam in the hood or is it hollow?
Is it quiet and solid fit?

It is solid when mounted.
Does not have foam in it tho - It has a pad in the top made out of the same stuff as the V.E.M. inserts in the riser so it is quiet.
The bottom bracket will mount either up or down to give ya some adjustment.
